Wild venison and apple produce these sausages, each hand-linked on our farm in Carmarthenshire. These are the ultimate in farm-fresh flavour. 

Made to our family recipe with added apple for that extra sweet flavour. 

Sold in packs of 6 which is approximately 450g

75% Venison, Rusk (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin), Salt, Raising Agent (E503), Apple, Demerara Sugar, Spice, Stabiliser (E451), Preservative: Sodium Metabisulphite E223 (SO2), Spices Extract, Antioxidant E301 E331, Natural Flavouring, Herb Extract, Natural hog casing.
