Freshly hand-made at our farm in Carmarthenshire to our own family recipe. It's a delicious sausage made with fresh, high-quality ingredients for a distinct flavour you can only get from Albert Rees Ltd.

75% Pork, Rusk (Wheat Flour [Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin]), Water, Dextrose, Brown Sugar, Rapeseed Oil, Black pepper (Ground, Cracked & Coarse), Rubbed Sage, Salt, Sodium Diphosphate (E450), Ground White Pepper, Yeast Extract, Antioxidant (E300), Flavourings (Spice & Herb Extracts: Coriander Extracts, Mace Extracts, Nutmeg Extracts, Pepper Extracts, Sage Extracts). Filled into natural pork casing.
